We did zone scrimmages the last few days,which were a blast. I had trouble executing a lot of drills only because it was beyond my comfort zone. Sean is amazing at explaining every detail. My hip flexor blew out and skating was just unbearable. I couldn’t finish the last hour of the last day. Everyone is divided into age and skill groups. In a group of 30 there were about 12 adults. ![]()
